What You’ll Do
You’ll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of Shabby Fabrics across print and digital media. From tracing hand-drawn diagrams and mocking up fabric kits, to designing layouts and social content, your work will be seen by thousands of crafters around the world.

Core Responsibilities
- Adobe Illustrator (Ai):
- Trace scanned diagrams using the Pen Tool for pattern creation and mockups
- Create vector graphics and prepare production-ready assets
- Adobe Photoshop (Ps):
- Replace and swap fabric textures in mockups
- Perform color correction for both web and CMYK print outputs
- Manage color profiles for accurate rendering on print equipment and screens
- Adobe InDesign (Id):
- Build layouts for printed patterns, instruction booklets, and packaging
- Maintain design consistency across product lines
- Design digital graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Collaborate daily with other creatives, marketers, and executive team members
- Contribute to logo creation, typography decisions, and seasonal design trends
- Optional: Support design and layout for email marketing campaigns
- Other creative and production-based tasks as assigned
What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (professional or freelance)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Demonstrated skill using the Pen Tool in Illustrator
- Experience with CMYK, color profiles, and color correction for print
- Exceptional attention to detail in layout, typography, and design consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Bonus Skills
- Experience in print production (printer setups, Fiery software, paper handling)
- Background in email marketing design
- Interest in quilting, crafts, or textiles (not required, but a plus)
